Childsafe Training

Next Childsafe training for any Churches of Christ churches is scheduled for Sunday June 8th at 2pm at South Perth Church of Christ in the office area. Please RSVP to 08 9313 1600 or (admin@spcc.org.au) by Friday 12pm, June 6th.

This particular training session is for those people who have been asked to be the designated Childsafe trainers for their church. However, anyone is welcome to take this opportunity to complete the recommended Childsafe training component for volunteers in COCWA churches.

It requires you to take the people working with you through a 5 part small group process using the journal - with 6 daily readings each week individually. The leader being the guide and facilitator watching a small part of a DVD and discussion.

Rockingham Baptist Church (located on the coast, 40 minutes south of Perth, Western Australia) seeks someone with the spiritual gifts of leadership and shepherding with a heart for children & evangelism. The successful applicant will possess high organizational skills and be able to provide administrative oversight and direction to the Sunday children’s programs related to RBC. The position will commence at two days per week.
